We ship worldwide. Shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. For international deliveries, we compare prices from different carriers and generally ship via Colissimo International or FedEx.

All orders placed monday through friday are shipped within 24 to 48 hours*. 

Delivery takes 4-5 business days. 

*Except for key chains custom orders, where delivery time varies between 1 and 4 weeks.

France:  

• €4.90 delivery fee to a pickup point.  
• €10.90 home delivery - Colissimo. 

Europe: €14.90 home delivery fee – Colissimo International. 

Rest of the World: €29.00 

Shipments outside the European Union are subject to customs duties, which you are responsible for paying.

Delivery to a Pickup Point within 3 to 5 business days: The least polluting and most economical delivery method. By centralizing deliveries, trucks bound for Pickup Points can be filled to capacity, thus distributing road transport emissions and reducing the carbon footprint per package. This is the preferred delivery method. 

Home delivery via Colissimo within 5 business days: This delivery method has a relatively high environmental impact. By sending carriers directly to homes, transport distances are increased, generating additional emissions. This delivery method should be limited whenever possible.

The return period is 14 days.

To return a product, you must carefully pack it in its original packaging (or any other suitable packaging) and send it back to the following address, along with a note including your full name and order number. (This is essential; otherwise, we will be unable to process your return.)

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, as this is a cost that Pantai Pantai cannot absorb. We apologize for this and hope you understand that, at our scale, it is not possible to offer free returns to our customers.

After receiving and verifying that the item and its packaging are in perfect condition, we will issue a refund within 10 days to the original payment method.  Refunds are subject to the following return conditions: the product must be in perfect condition, with tags attached, unstained, and returned within 14 days of receiving your package. You will be refunded the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

To exchange an item, you must return the product to us (see our return policy) and specify the desired exchange on a written note. Please clearly indicate the model and size you would like. The new product will then be sent to you at no additional shipping cost.  This applies to all Pantai Pantai brand products. However, for products we resell, we do not handle exchanges; you will need to return the product and place a new order.  Example: Salt & Stone products

For women, our sizes run slightly small. So generally, if you're between two sizes, you can choose the larger one.  For children, however, our sizes run a little large. A "2-3 years" size will fit up to the child's age of 3, so there's no need to size up (unless that's what you want).  If you're unsure about sizing, you can contact us directly via the contact form or by email at hello@pantai-pantai.com, and we'll do our best to help you based on the measurements you provide.

We primarily produce in Portugal, and some capsules are now produced in Bali. The keychains, however, are all made in Spain and assembled by hand.
