Where do you deliver?

We can deliver worldwide. For international deliveries, we mainly ship with Fedex (one of the most reliable and fastest delivery services)  

What are the delivery costs and times?

All orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. 

Shipments outside the European Union are subject to customs duties that you must pay.  

FRANCE 

  • For keyrings: €4.50 at home or at a relay point 
  • For textiles: €9.90 at home and €4.50 at a pick-up point 
  • From 200€ of purchase: Free delivery in relay point. Home delivery €5.50. 

Delivery within 4-5 working days.  

INTERNATIONAL  

  • For keyrings: international follow-up letter €6.50 at home in Europe. Or €9 anywhere in the world. 
  • For textiles: €12 at home in Europe and the United States. 16€ everywhere in the world. 

Delivery within 5 to 10 working days.

Which delivery method to choose according to its environmental impact?

Delivery to a Relay point within 3 to 5 working days: The least emissive and most economical delivery method. By centralizing the arrival, the trucks going to the relay points can be filled to the maximum and thus distribute the emissions linked to road transport, reducing the carbon impact per parcel. Preferred method of delivery.  

Colissimo home delivery within 5 working days: Relatively emissive delivery method. By chartering transporters directly to homes, transport distances are extended and generate additional emissions. Delivery method to be limited as far as possible. 

What is the deadline for returning an order?

The withdrawal period is 14 days.

How to return a product?

To return a product, you must pack it carefully in its original (or other) packaging and return it to the following address along with a note that includes your full name and order number. (imperative, otherwise we will not be able to process your return).

What are the return costs?

The return costs are your responsibility as it is a cost that Pantai Pantai cannot absorb. Moreover, it seems, that offering return costs is not an effective way to reduce our carbon footprint because it promotes impulse purchases which is generally not a very sustainable act of purchase ;)

When are we reimbursed?

maximum of 10 days by re-credit to the payment method used during the purchase.  

Refunds are made subject to the return conditions being met: product in perfect condition, with label, unstained, within 14 days of receipt of your package. You will be refunded the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping costs)  

The size does not suit me, how can I make an exchange?

To make an exchange, you must return the product to us (see return policy) and stipulate on paper the desired exchange. Please specify the model and size you want. The new product will then be sent to you without additional shipping costs. 

However if the exchange does concern a product from another brand than Pantai Pantai. Then, you will need to buy a new one and you will be reimbursed for the item returned.

What is my size ?

For women, we cut a little bit small. So generally if you are between 2 sizes, you can go to the one above. 

For children, we cut a little big, a "2-3 years old" will be suitable until the child is 3 years old, so there is no need to over-cut (unless if you want to)

Where are Pantai Pantai products made?

The origin of the clothes is always indicated on the product sheet. We produce mainly in Portugal and some capsules are now produced in Bali. The keyrings are all made in Spain and assembled manually.
