www.pantai-pantai.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
By ordering or registering on www.pantai-pantai.com you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via the link at the footer of any marketing communications or contacting our Customer Service and we will remove you from marketing communications.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. www.pantai-pantai.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Pantai-pantai.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Liability
www.pantai-pantai.com is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Availability
Orders are accepted only if products are in stock. The products offered and their prices are valid as they are visible on the website when the customer places his order, subject to availability.
If a product is not available after the customer has placed the order, the seller will inform his customer by email. The amount of the order will be recalculated and the customer will be reimbursed for the value of the products not available or the total amount of the order if all items are unavailable, 14 days later after the customer has placed the order. In case the seller cancels the order due to unavailability of products, the customer is not entitled to compensation.
Order cancellation
A cancellation of order will be validated only if www.pantai-pantai.com is informed before shipping. If items have already been shipped, www.pantai-pantai.com reserves the right to refuse the cancellation of the order or add a cancellation fee if the package cannot be sent back by our service delivery.
Currency
For countries of the European Union to which the seller agrees to deliver products , orders are payable in euros ( € ) .
If the customer's local currency differs from the currency in which prices are posted on the website, the customer's bank will apply the exchange rate in effect on the date of the order ( unless a different rate is applied on a discretionary basis by the customer's bank ) .
Therefore, changing the country of delivery may change the price of products based on the currency change
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Euros. Non-Euro currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate
Payment
The customer can pay his order on the secure payment server by Visa or Mastercard indicating their card number , expiration date and the last three digits on the back of the card.
The customer's account is debited when the ordered products leave the warehouse of the seller.
Payment Protection
The vendor has set up a transaction protection method to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of payments on its website . The credit card numbers are not stored on the systems of the seller. When buying , banking information and customer payment is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) from the moment they are entered by the customer until the end of the transaction.
Customer bank's information does not transit on the website and is not saved on a public server or servers from the seller. The customer's bank details will therefore been requested for every orders placed on the website.
However, the seller can not be held responsible in case of events of damage caused by escaping its control and related to the use of electronic means of communication ( failure or delay in transmission of communications / electronic data, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by a third party and / or viruses ) .
Shipping and Delivery
The delivery times provided by www.pantai-pantai.com are estimates only. pantai-pantai.com will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information set on shipping informations section.
The special instructions box on the delivery page of the checkout is used for any instructions to help the driver make delivery of your order (e.g. "Last house at end of driveway", "Office hours 9-5"). Drivers are unable to grant specific requests such as "Deliver between 1-2pm" or "Leave parcel in garden shed". Pantai-pantai.com cannot be held responsible if your instructions are not followed.
Shipping informations
Delivery areas :
Pantai Pantai products can be shipped in France & Europe.
Customers can choose between a delivery at home or in a relay point.
Shipping costs are 9,90€* for a delivery at home & 6,90€ in a relay point.
*This fee only applies for a delivery on the national French territory.
** This fee only applies for a delivery in one of the 6900 relay points in France, Belgium, Luxembourg & Spain.
Orders can also be delivered in the countries listed below :
Europe (excluding all the European Islands) Austria, Belgium , Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark (excluding the Balearics, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla ) , Estonia, Finland, Greece.
For a delivery at home in any of these countries, shipping cost will be 38€.
For any other country not mentioned above, please contact our customer service hello@pantai-pantai.com before placing your order.
Delivery delay
It generally takes us 24h to 48h to treat an order. However, if your order has been placed during the week-end or on a french public holiday, it will be treated on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery times to France : 1 to 3 days
Delivery times to Europe : 2 to 6 days
Please note, those delivery times are only forecasts & Pantai Pantai will be not responsible if the delay is not respected by the delivery companies.
Delivery inspection
When receptionning the parcel, the customer has to mention directly to the carrier if the parcel is damaged. If not, Pantai Pantai will not be able to replace or refund the item because the shipping insurance will not be working. (insurance policies terms)
Refunds & Returns
Customers have14 days to return a product. (legal retraction delay).
Delivery return fees are payed by the customers.
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.
Any items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. Pantai-pantai.com will not pay to return these items to you.
Some International payments or refunds may be processed in your local currency and your bank may charge conversion fees for these transactions. These rates and fees are out of our control and we accept no responsibility for any loss caused as a result.
Change of Address
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only made until the order begins processing. In this case, email our customer service hello@pantai-pantai.com
Pantai Pantai takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
